 Each listing subscription will be for one vacation rental property or condo unit only. Multiple properties may not be advertised under one listing.

If, in our opinion, the owner of a listing subscription misuses this site, or submits unacceptable material, we reserve the right to remove their listing immediately. Additionally, if OBXRentDirect.com receives complaints from vacation renters regarding a homeowner’s listing or treatment of their guests, the listing will be subject to termination and removal from the website.
