Mahalo is a three bedroom house located in the popular Dunes Area of Hatteras, NC 27943, on the ocean side of scenic Highway 12 across from Teach's Lair Marina and Hatteras Sol Restaurant. We are located on a very quiet street with just a short walk to a private beach access and one of America's most beautiful beaches. 

Our home is strictly a "No Pets" vacation rental home. 

This beautiful brand new home features a large open concept kitchen, dining and living area with cathedral ceilings, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a spacious covered back porch. The home comfortably sleeps 6 with the following bedrooms  - 2 kings  and 2 twins all with new mattresses and bedding. The living area is appointed with a large HD -TV with streaming service and comfy furniture. Bedroom all have TVs. Wi-Fi is included. The kitchen has all new appliances. 

We have an outdoor shower/dressing room, grill and large back yard to enjoy cornhole or other games. The back porch has comfortable seating to enjoy the relaxing outdoors, cocktails and/or a good book. 

Please note that this home has a private attached owner apartment on the first floor. Our guests will have quiet enjoyment and privacy during their stay of the entire second floor, deck and back yard. 

Restaurants, shopping, the Pamlico Sound or a free ferry ride to Ocracoke Island are just a quick walk, bike ride or car ride away. Hatteras Village offers a wonderful and relaxing place to unwind and this new cottage is just the place to call home while you're doing it.

We personally manage our  rentals to provide the best prices we can to our customers.  We will help you make your Hatteras vacation a beautiful experience. Please note that our homes are "non-smoking and no pets"  homes.

Rentals are to families or non-family groups of 25 years of age or older. No smoking; No pets. Seven day minimum during summer season. Vacation rental taxes are currently 12.75%.
