The home is
equipped for basic housekeeping. The kitchen is stocked with cookware
and dinnerware. Beds have mattress pads, comforters, pillows, and
blankets. You need to bring linens, towels, paper products, soaps
staples, and personal items.
This home is rented to family groups
only. Sororities, fraternities, or other non-family groups are not
permitted. The leaseholder must be 25 years or older and is responsible
for payments. Parking of motor homes or RV trailers is prohibited by
the subdivision covenants. Rearranging or taking inside furniture
outside is not allowed.
